These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of thecreativeartsstudio.org (“the Site”) and your participation in any classes, programs, camps, or services provided by The Creative Arts Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to enroll a child or register for services.
1.2 By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
1.3 We reserve the right to deny or remove enrollment for behavior that poses safety or disruption concerns.

2. Payments & Billing

2.1 Prices for classes, programs, and camps are listed on the Site and may be updated periodically.
2.2 Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, credit card processors).
2.3 Monthly classes operate on automatic monthly billing unless otherwise specified.
2.4 You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

3. Class Policies & Participation

3.1 Students are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully toward staff and peers.
3.2 Proper attire is required for all dance and movement classes.
3.3 Parents/guardians agree to follow all communication and safety guidelines provided by The Creative Arts Studio.
3.4 We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or curriculum when necessary.

4. Media & Photography Release

4.1 By participating in our programs, you grant permission for The Creative Arts Studio to photograph or record participants for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
4.2 If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing prior to the start of the class or program.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Withdrawals

5.1 Ongoing Weekly Classes (Monthly Billing)

• Ongoing classes are billed monthly on a recurring cycle.

• To avoid being billed for the next month, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the upcoming billing date.

• If cancellation is not received within the required 48-hour window, you will be billed for the following month in full.

• After billing occurs, tuition is nonrefundable.

• Make-up classes may be offered when available but are not guaranteed.

5.2 Camps, Intensives, and Multi-Day Programs

• Payment is due in full before the camp begins.

• Refunds are available if canceled 14 or more days before the first day of camp.

• Cancellations fewer than 14 days before camp start are nonrefundable, but partial credit may be issued at our discretion.

• No refunds or credits are issued for missed days.

5.3 Studio Cancellations

If we must cancel a class or program due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, severe weather, or facility issues, families may choose:

• A full refund, or

• Credit toward a future service.

6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

6.1 Participation in dance, music, and acting activities involves inherent physical risk.
6.2 By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation.
6.3 You agree that The Creative Arts Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or activities, except where prohibited by law.
6.4 Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or accommodations needed.

7. Conduct & Dismissal

7.1 We maintain a positive, supportive environment. Disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from a program.
7.2 Removal due to behavior does not qualify for a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Site, including curriculum, images, videos, logos, and text, is the property of The Creative Arts Studio.
8.2 You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

9. Website Use

9.1 You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its functionality, or attempt unauthorized access.
9.2 Third-party links on the Site are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the Site footer.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site or participation in services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
