Service Description
The Summer Creative Arts Immersion program is a playful, imaginative, and thoughtfully structured performing arts experience for children ages 5–12. Each day blends acting games, story theater, playwriting, music, dance, and hands-on creative projects. Campers don’t just rehearse a show—they invent it together.

Cancellation Policy
All registrations for the Creative Arts Camp are subject to the following cancellation policy: Cancellations 7 or more days prior to the start of camp: Eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee per registrant. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to the start of camp: No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or change of plans. Tuition can be transferred to the other summer session only up to 7 days prior to the start of the camp. No-shows: Participants who do not attend camp for any reason are considered cancellations under this policy and are not eligible for any refund or credit. Camp Modifications or Participant Early Withdrawal: No refunds or credits will be issued for partial attendance, missed days, or voluntary early withdrawal once the camp has begun. Event Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the camp is canceled by the organizer, families will receive a full refund of tuition.
